What am I up to?
I will soon be leaving for a month in Brazil visiting my family, returning in early January. I conducted over a dozen mural projects in schools up to the end of May this year, and have another dozen organized for this winter and spring. Come and visit my studio during the Pontiac Artists' Studio Tour next June and "2 Weekends in August" in August.

To me it is very important to emphasize that my paintings are done from memory. I value this experience just as much as if I had spent hours researching for images in a concious way. I call them Exteriors because there is always some action taking place on the outside; and sometimes the absence of action. Places unseen taking shape in the process of being created through painting.
